Hot Studio Participates in San Francisco Design Week

Hot Studio will host an open studio as part of San Francisco Design Week, the annual outreach effort by the San Francisco Chapter of the AIGA, the professional association for design. Design Week runs from June 14 to June 20.

Since 2006, AIGA San Francisco has organized Design Week as a way to reach out to a diverse community of over 20,000 Bay Area design professionals as well as local businesses, non-profits, entrepreneurs, students, the design-savvy public, tourists, and more. Among the events for the week is an evening “Studio Crawl” on Tuesday, June 15, and Thursday, June 17, when the public is free to visit and view various design firms—among them, IDEO, Adaptive Path, and Hot Studio—for about 45 minutes before moving on to the next stop on the “crawl.” Hot Studio will be open its doors to the public at 7 p.m. on June 15.

The full week of events highlighting the diversity and professionalism of the design community in the Bay Area will be sponsored by AIGA SF in partnership with the San Francisco chapters of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), the Interaction Design Association (IxDA), the Society for Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD), and Adobe Systems.
