ProStores, an eBay company, provides e-commerce sites that grow with entrepreneurs’ business needs. The sites are fully customizable, and there’s nothing quite like them on the market. We wanted to clearly communicate the value eBay offered these entrepreneurs.

Meeting the needs of a wide range of vendors
The site had to clarify the ProStores offering and the different levels of entrepreneurs they served. It had to make the subscription levels and services easier to understand for target audiences, ranging from hobbyists to mom-and-pop sellers to well-established businesses.

Getting ProStores’ message across
After usability testing, content analysis, and visual design exploration, we focused ProStores’ messaging, making it loud and clear—“You can do it.” Everything on the site was designed to support this message. Merchant stories were spotlighted on the home page to encourage prospective merchants to sign up. We even provided photography concepts and direction for the images to accompany the site.

A seamlessly on-brand site
The new site is beautiful and provides a cohesive experience. Content is well organized and messaging is crystal-clear, resulting in the differentiation of ProStores’ brand.
