A Good Cause GlobalGiving Website Redesign
GlobalGiving connects people and corporations interested in donating to social, economic, and environmental causes with deserving projects around the world. After GlobalGiving completed a rebranding campaign, they asked Hot Studio to integrate their new identity on their website.
Organizing content and employing photography
We worked with GlobalGiving to create a visual design system that captured their new brand—for example, using photos of potential beneficiaries from around the world to explain how the organization works. And we improved navigation throughout the site, establishing a consistent grid, paying careful attention to what information surfaced first, and organizing relevant content into logical, digestible amounts.
A better donor experience means more donations
The new site makes it easy for donors to find the projects they are interested in. Not only was GlobalGiving extremely excited with the results, they also saw donations increase to impressive numbers because of the improved design.
