Salesforce.com is the worldwide leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) services. It is widely recognized for setting the standard, and has received a host of awards for its usability and functionality. Hot Studio was asked to visually redesign its application.
Worthy of a premier look and feel
The application needed to better reflect the stature of Salesforce.com’s growing brand, but without disrupting the loyal subscriber base that depends on Salesforce.com’s tools. We also wanted to enhance the application’s usability, create a flexible design to allow growth, and make the customer experience friendlier.
Sophisticated and inviting
The new visual design offers an approachable user interface, which we accomplished by introducing a revamped color palette, smoother textures, and sophisticated iconography. The result is an inviting application and an enhanced customer-centric experience.
